Question: What platforms and devices can I use MyOilExpert on?

Answer: You can currently use MyOilExpert on iPhones, iPod touches, Android phones and Blackberry phones. The Blackberry version was created with these particular models in mind: Blackberry Curve 8320, Bold 9000, Storm 9500, Curve 8900 and Curve 8520. Other Blackberry models and smart phones (Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, etc.) are likely to work via the Blackberry subscription as well, but they are not specifically supported.

Later this year we will be releasing MyOilExpert as a Facebook application and WordPress Plug-in. In the future we will continue to develop the most innovative, powerful tools for sharing and using essential oils.

Question: After I've subscribed and received a username and password, how do I access MyOilExpert?

Answer: The next step varies, based on the platform you've chosen:

iPhone - Access the App Store via your iPhone (or iPod touch). Search for My Oil Expert and install the app. After installation is completed, run the app. When prompted, enter the username and password you received on this website.

Android - Access the Market via your Android phone. Search for My Oil Expert and install the app. After installation is completed, run the app. When prompted, enter the username and password you received on this website.

Blackberry and other Smart phones - Launch the web browser on your phone and go to mobile.myoilexpert.com. When prompted, enter the username and password you received on this website.
